This is a page dedicated to our 1984 SVO. Mike bought it back in 1993 after getting back form overseas. When purchased it had a carbureted 302 that had been bored over and had heavily ported heads and various other modifications. In 1995 the air cleaner bolt broke and worked it's way into the combustion chamber cracking a piston and bending a valve. The engine was replaced with a Mass Air FI 302 from a 1993 CHP pursuit mustang. the work was done at Manning Motorsports in San Marcos CA.

Still need to get some better pictures, these are just after we cleaned it up, it had been sitting for about 4-5 years. Getting ready to put it back on the road here are some of the specs and what will be happening soon:

• E303 cam
• 1.7 crane roller rockers
• 155lph fuel pump
• K&N filter
• BBK unequal length headers
• Dynomax 2.5 cat back
• BBK HD 10.5" clutch and adjustable clutch quadrant
• Hurst shifter
• 7.5" rear with 3.45 gears and auburn pro locker
• Under drive pulleys
• upgraded to 3G 130 amp alternator
• upgraded to electric fan

Future (near future)

• new rear upper/lower adjustable control arms (designing them now)
• new springs possible coil over front, rear will be adjustable via the lower arms
• replace suspension bushings with POLY
• rear track bar (home fabbed)
• rear upper shock brace (home fabbed)
• adjustable fuel pressure regulator
• Turbo coupe front sway bar and GT rear sway bar
